I had som fabric left over from my final City & Guild assessment. Handdyed fabrics in beautiful shades that had to be made int something. They were cut into squares, and put together to make a rectangle. One of the lessons at the C&G course was to make chevron pattern out of fabric strips. I appliqued this on top of the rectangle, added a border, and quilted the runner. Black, pink... favourite colours :-)

Using it all up...
Det var igjen litt stoff fra City & Guild-eksamensquilten min. Håndfarget stoff i vakre sjatteringer må utnyttes til det minste! Jeg skar de opp i ruter, og sydde sammen til et rektangel. En av leksjonene fra C&G gikk på å lage chevron-mønster ved å brette stoff-strimler. Dette applikerte jeg oppå rektangelet, satte på en kant og quiltet løperen. Favorittfargene mine - svart og rosa!
